In particular, they relate to the delivery of summonses by the employer, updating of credentials, and responsibility for such updates, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to the map of the document, what is planned to be changed in the document:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to exclude the requirement for persons liable for military service to provide a place of residence when entering into an employment contract;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to exclude the provisions on entering the register of debtors;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to return the provision on granting deferral from mobilization and the right to dismissal to all persons with disabilities, including those of the third group;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to exclude the deferral of employees of enterprises, institutions, and organizations of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, law enforcement agencies;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to grant a deferment to persons enrolled in an internship;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to return the provision on granting a deferral from mobilization for scientists and teachers, provided that they work at their main place of work at least 0.75 of the rate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to exclude the provision on empowering local executive authorities to make decisions on granting deferment from mobilization to persons liable for military service;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to remove the provision requiring citizens to clarify their credentials within 20 days from the date of the mobilization extension;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">to exclude summonses via e-mail, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We also emphasize the need to withdraw the draft law &#8220;On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Strengthening Responsibility for Military Offenses&#8221; No. 10379, as the entire package of legislative initiatives on mobilization needs to be thoroughly revised.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">At the same time, the community representatives are ready to join the development of amendments to the draft law if necessary!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine withdrew the Draft Law &#8220;On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving Certain Issues of Mobilization, Military Registration, and Military Service&#8221; (No. 10378) for further revision.
