Every year, up to 5 members are elected to the Committee Board, which determines its main areas of activities.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cIn 2024 it is very important to help employers to outline their planning horizon and anticipate upcoming changes in legislation as Ukraine paves its way to the EU. I am eager to champion strategies that empower companies and their forward-thinking HR professionals to thrive amidst these challenges\u201d, <\/i>said Valeriia Gudiy.<\/p>\n<p>Valeriia Gudiy\u2019s top priorities for work within the EBA HR Committee Board are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helping to implement EU Directives and practices to the labor relations in Ukraine with the help of the voice of EBA;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Increase implementation and additional oversight by the member companies over their employees conducting under anticorruption and compliance policies;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Promoting workplace rehabilitation and reintegration programs for ex-combatants.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Established in 1999, the European Business Association provides a forum in which members can discuss and find solutions to common problems affecting business in Ukraine.
