This tool can significantly help Ukraine in general infrastructure development and post-war reconstruction projects. Of course, this is not a panacea, but using familiar standards increases the comfort level of foreign investors and donors when working in our country.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Over the past few years, several changes have been made to the legislation to enable FIDIC contracts.
