In the act of violation of the rules of the retail electricity market, the consumer recorded the absence of seals on the measuring device, which is the basis for charging the operator of the distribution system with unaccounted electricity and\/or losses.<\/p>\n
The lawyers of Dynasty Law & Investment protected the Client’s interests at the stage of consideration and decision-making regarding the Act of Violation. The project included a legal analysis of the consumer’s available documents, legislative requirements and actions of the electricity distribution system operator’s employees, preparation of a legal position for participation in the commission, representation of the Client’s interests during the commission’s review of the Act of Violation.<\/p>\n
Based on the results of the implementation of all proposals, the Deed of Violation drawn up for the Client’s enterprise was declared invalid.<\/p>\n
