The Forbes edition together with the job search site Work.ua have chosen the best employers in the country. And in the pharmaceutical industry, Farmak became the best.<\/p>\n
This is the first study during a full-scale war. The survey was the largest in the history of Forbes, more than a quarter of a percent of all employed people in Ukraine took part in it. The rating was compiled on the basis of the voting of employees of enterprises that took part in the survey.<\/p>\n
Financial compensation for labor activity has become a priority for employees of companies. In turn, the Farmak company has not stopped financial support for employees since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Increased salaries and extended bonus payments to all employees. And the company provided additional material assistance to those who suffered during the war.<\/p>\n
In times of war, safe working conditions are no less important. Farmak has invested UAH 24 million in equipping modern shelters at factories in Kyiv and Shostka. The company’s shelters are able to withstand a bomb or missile attack, and also, thanks to powerful filtration systems, protect against chemical, bacteriological and radiation hazards.<\/p>\n
Also, the employees of the enterprise have a good social package for health insurance, opportunities for professional and personal development, annual health screening and mental health support programs.<\/p>\n
