This landmark ruling allows Ukraine to defend against the claim in the English courts based on duress exercised by the Russian Federation against Ukraine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/lawyerseurope.live.ft.com\/page\/3044775\/2023-shortlisted-organisations\">shortlist<\/a> includes over 120 in-house legal teams and law firms ranked in 28 categories.
