During the latest EBA Dnipro Updates event, the business community discussed changes in the procedure for maintaining military records in enterprises, in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1487 dated December 30, 2022.<\/p>\n

Polina Marchenko, an expert on mobilization issues and an attorney, drew special attention of entrepreneurs to:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Requirements for individuals maintaining military records, payment of their work, and training.<\/li>\n
  2. Abolition of the personal card according to the standard form No. P-2 for lists of personal military records. Now military registration documents for conscripts include a certificate of assignment to the draft board; for military duty persons – military ID or temporary military duty certificate; for reservists – military ID.<\/li>\n
  3. Changes to registration data that need to be reported to the Territorial Centers of the Military Commissariats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How is internal audit of military records conducted in the enterprise?<\/p>\n

    Every year, a check of the state of military records takes place according to approved plans, and after the check, an act is drawn up and sent within a 20-day period to the Territorial Centers of the Military Commissariats. Information is entered into the inspection journal at the enterprise. Every year, by February 1, orders are issued on the state of military records for the past year and tasks for the next year.<\/p>\n
