Their advantages are fast and secure transactions, while their risks include vulnerability to cyber attacks and price instability.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The experts discussed the legal status of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies in different countries around the world, as well as the new MiCA directive regulations. In most countries, cryptocurrencies are legislatively classified as electronic money, securities, or utility tokens.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In Ukraine, there is a law called &#8220;On Virtual Assets&#8221; that has not yet come into force and is still being revised.
