Ukraine\u201d awards at the 2023 Deal of the Year Awards Banquet on April 25 in Istambul.<\/p>\n<p>The firm has taken these awards for the work on <a href=\"https:\/\/sk.ua\/sayenko-kharenko-advised-on-landmark-usd-22-5-billion-consent-solicitation-by-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ukraine\u2019s consensual deferral of external debt worth over USD 25 billion.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sayenko Kharenko\u2019s partner Nazar Chernyavsky comments: \u201cWe are extremely proud to be involved in this landmark transaction that allows Ukraine to gradually reinforce the resilience of its debt profile. The support of public creditors and investors on this deal is paramount for the recovery of the Ukrainian economy.
