Natalia Gerus<\/strong> has more than 10 years’ experience in advising Ukrainian and foreign clients. Natalia’s main specialisations are corporate law and M&A. Her considerable experience includes legal support for IPOs, structuring of international agreements for the sale and purchase of businesses and business assets, consulting on financing and restructuring issues, and other regulatory issues, including obtaining final approvals, permits and licences, etc. Among Natalia’s clients are well-known international and Ukrainian companies and institutions, such as EBRD, European Investment Bank, Arawak Energy Ukraine B.V., Shell, Mondel\u0113z, Meyer Bergman, Valinor, Vitmark and others.<\/p>\n Denys Medvediev<\/strong> has more than eight years’ experience in advising international and Ukrainian companies on competition law issues. His main focus is obtaining AMCU approvals for concentration and concerted actions, including approvals for mergers and acquisitions, creation of joint ventures in various fields, and purchasing alliances and joint initiatives of competing companies in the field of ecology and sustainable development. Denys also regularly advises clients on aspects of competition law, such as vertical relations between business entities, as well as protection against unfair competition.
