Within the framework of the Committee&#8217;s work, she drafted a number of legal opinions on relevant bills and regulations related to business deregulation, introducing a model of sustainable consumption of natural resources and products, collecting and using proceeds from the CO2 emission tax etc.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the work results, the Committee published White Paper &#8220;Deregulation of environmental legislation in a time of war and reforms aimed for European integration&#8221;. It outlines the business community\u2019s vision of addressing key environmental issues in the context of deregulation during martial law and implementation of European legislation for the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and continuing the path to EU membership.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterslaw.com\/content\/uploads\/ECO_brochure_EBA_2022_eng.pdf\">Full version of White Paper<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p><em>EBA&#8217;s Committee on Industrial Ecology and Sustainable Development was established in 2020 with the aim to support enterprises in <\/em><em>reduction of industrial pollution within the framework of Ukraine&#8217;s international obligations. The Committee brings together representatives of agricultural, energy, steel, cement, chemical, woodworking and processing industries of Ukraine.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asters is the largest law firm in Ukraine with offices in Kyiv, Washington D.C., Brussels and London.
