On 18 August 2022, the President of Ukraine signed the new law of Ukraine On Joint-Stock Companies (“Law<\/strong>“) that will enter into force on 1 January 2023. The Law aims at harmonizing the regulation of joint-stock companies in Ukraine with the EU corporate governance legislation. It also brings new opportunities for joint-stock companies and limited liability companies in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
