In 2022, Olena sees systematic and multidirectional assistance to those who need it most as her main social mission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We would also like to remind that in 2022 Concord Fintech Solutions was recognized by Ukrainian Fintech Awards in the Best fintech ecosystem category.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commenting on the event, Olena Sosiedka said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Such recognition is a real honor and responsibility for me. I am proud to be among those 50 brave women who, without exaggeration, successfully drive, inspire, guide, support the development of fintech in Ukraine, even in such a difficult time. Obviously, this war also has a female face, because we must ensure stability in the rear and reserves for the future Victory.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And it is also an occasion to show love for people and the cause to which you give your life. I thank the organizers and congratulate my colleagues!<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The final list includes 50 women who are recognized as the most influential in the FinTech industry of Ukraine. <a href=\"https:\/\/fintechua.org\/woman-in-fintech\">You can find the ranking here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The study was conducted during August-September 2022. During the study, 274 applications were received, 100 of which were selected and submitted to the expert jury for further voting. The initial selection was conducted among women working in banks and non-banking institutions, payment companies, startups and the public sector. The selection process took into account the experience and results of work in the financial sector, the availability of publications on fintech, participation in specialized events dedicated to the development of the fintech sector, a proactive position in promoting innovative programs and products in the field of finance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The expert jury consists of 15 people who have many years of experience in the financial sector, have established themselves as leading experts in the implementation of innovations, development of the fintech sector and updating the legislative framework to ease the conditions for conducting financial activities in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 3, the results of the second annual ranking of the TOP-50 most influential women in FinTech, conducted by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech Companies (UAFIC), were presented.
