From September 29 to October 1, the communication platform brought together nearly 100 best European professionals specialised in international M&amp;A deals.<\/p>\n<p>The professionals shared the latest European M&amp;A practices of settlement of M&amp;A deals and discussed in detail the problematic issues of intellectual property in such deals. The lawyers were Interested in deals concluded via e-mail correspondence.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYear by year, mergers and acquisitions are becoming increasingly complex and contain a variety of hidden risks for both the participants and the company, which is the subject of the deal.
