On 17 September 2022<\/strong>, the English for HR intensive Online course was started. The Southern Ukraine Office of the European Business Association<\/strong> in cooperation with the member-company Akkerman Solutions<\/strong>, which promotes the development of English of HR specialists, organized this course.<\/p>\n During the first three modules in September, the participants shared their own experiences, worked with the documents that mostly occur in their field, and discussed the latest trends that consider enhancing the HR industry. Such important topics as recruitment, interview techniques, resources for employees and talent management, generally accepted HR vocabulary, as well as various terms used by specialists (Xray, talent management, Performance management, Onboarding plan, <\/strong>and others) were talked through. During the online lectures, the participants gave answers to such necessary and difficult questions: how not to lose employees, how to understand if the HR manager works well, how to look at the lifecycle of your employees and why it is so important. These and other issues, of course, were discussed only in English during the Topic Discussions in order to improve the English speaking skills of the course members. An important addition to the classes was the practical work of the participants with their personal LinkedIn pages under the guidance of the trainer.<\/p>\n We hope that all the gained knowledge will help advance the professional approach of HR-specialists when interacting with employees and potential candidates for the work.
