{"id":423267,"date":"2022-07-26T16:43:30","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T13:43:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/?p=423267"},"modified":"2022-07-26T16:45:06","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T13:45:06","slug":"novyj-funktsional-derzhavnogo-servisu-diya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/en\/novyj-funktsional-derzhavnogo-servisu-diya\/","title":{"rendered":"[:ua]\u041d\u043e\u0432\u0438\u0439 \u0444\u0443\u043d\u043a\u0446\u0456\u043e\u043d\u0430\u043b \u0434\u0435\u0440\u0436\u0430\u0432\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0441\u0435\u0440\u0432\u0456\u0441\u0443 \u00ab\u0414\u0456\u044f\u00bb[:en]New functionality of the state service &#8220;Diya&#8221;[:]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><em>Author:\u00a0<strong>Violetta Fedorko<\/strong>, lawyer at Dynasty Law &amp; Investment<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, the important issue is the collection, processing and accounting of information about damaged or destroyed houses (cottage, manor and garden type), apartments or other residential premises, for which a separate ownership right (not part of the house) is registered, as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In connection with that, 30.03.2022 a new function &#8220;Damaged property&#8221; has appeared in the Unified state web portal of electronic services Diya, thanks to which individuals can report damaged or destroyed property by sending a corresponding statement with the following content:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full name and RNOCPP;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">type of real estate, area and its location;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the type of real estate damage (partially damaged, unusable or completely destroyed) and the number of people who lived in the dwelling;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">detailed description, date and time of damage;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(if available) you can add photos of damage, but the size of such photos should not exceed 50MB;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">phone number and email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A specially created commission, the legal status of which is determined by draft law No. 7198 of March 24, 2022, will deal with the application for destroyed or damaged property during martial law and the assessment of the damages.
