There is no doubt that the country which is in a state of war and doing business in such circumstances require employment relations to change and adapt to the new reality. Employers face the challenge of mobilisation of their employees and engagement in Territorial Defence forces, on one side, and reservation of certain employees to ensure business continuity of the company, on the other side.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Government responded quickly despite the war by adopting the new Law \u21162136 on Organisation of Labour Relations during Martial Law and making clarifications available on the Ministry of Economy and The State Labour Service website, which were posted in early March and are continuously updated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet, there are too many changes. To explain all of them and receive first-hand information, the PwC Team in Ukraine has recorded a podcast, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/ua\/uk\/publications\/pwc-podcast\/work-arrangements-martial-law.html\">B2G Dialogue: Regulation of employment relations during martial law<\/a><\/strong>, with representatives from the Ministry of Economy and The State Labour Service to discuss the questions that they have received from Ukrainian businesses since the early days of martial law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first section of the podcast focuses on key regulations related to suspension of employment contracts. In the second section payment of the average income to mobilised employees, delays in payment of salaries during martial law and other important aspects of employment regulation during the war are discussed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why B2G Dialogue?
