This marks FAS Energy\u2019s second major investment in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CMS acted on all aspects of the transaction, including as Ukrainian and English law counsel in connection with various aspects of project implementation, construction, and merger clearance as well as the transaction documents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The core CMS team included Managing Partner <strong>Vitaliy Radchenko<\/strong> (EPC), Senior Associate <strong>Mariana Saienko<\/strong>, and Associate <strong>Ihor Pavliukov<\/strong> (both Corporate).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partner <strong>Olga Belyakova<\/strong> (Competition) advised on the procedure for obtaining the required clearance for the transaction with the support of Senior Associate <strong>Mykola Heletiy<\/strong> (Competition). \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Established in 2013, FAS Energy is the renewable energy subsidiary of Fawaz AlHokair Group and provides renewable energy solutions across the Middle East and internationally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Vitaliy Radchenko, Managing Partner of CMS in Kyiv<\/strong>, comments: <em>\u201cThis is a significant transaction and a strong indicator of the investment community\u2019s confidence in Ukraine (even in times of martial law) and a gradual recovery of its M&amp;A activity.
