The imposition of martial law in Ukraine has raised a wide range of labour issues. Is it possible to dismiss employees during the war? How to deal with employees who are abroad? Are there any grounds for delay in salary payment?<\/p>\n

The situation is complicated by the adoption of the new Law “On the organization of labour relations during martial law”, which establishes a number of completely new tools for employers and employees.<\/p>\n
