For the fourth year in a row, OTP Bank was included in the list of systemically important banks based on the results of the annual review by the National Bank of Ukraine, according to the NBU website. In total, this year the regulator included 14 institutions in the list.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Systemically important banks have a significant impact on the development of the country’s financial system, usually offer an expanded list of operations and services of varying complexity, characterized by a significant amount of capital and assets. Increased requirements have also been set for systemically important banks to ensure their increased stability.<\/p>\n
To recall, in 2019, according to the decision of the NBU, OTP Bank was included in the list of systemically important banks of Ukraine, and in recent years it has consistently maintained this status.<\/p>\n
