Odesa region was included in the Top 5 regions to attract investment from privatization in 2021 <\/strong>with a figure of 236.4 million hryvnias. This indicates a positive trend in the development of privatization processes in the Southern region.<\/p>\n

Thus, on January 13, 2022, during the meeting on the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office of European Business Association<\/strong>with the leadership of the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Odesa and Mykolayiv regions<\/strong> (RB SPFU) we talked about the issue of privatization process details, learned about different models of restructuring state-owned enterprises and ways to attract investment in state projects, reviewed the objects prepared by the Fund for privatization auctions in 2022, and acquainted companies with the main objects of large and small privatization in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. Speaker Oleksandr Slavskyi, Head of the RB SPFU<\/strong>, answered questions from companies, told about privatization plans for 2022 for: Odesa Champagne Factory, Odesa Research Institute of Television Technology, Belgorod-Dniester and Ust-Danube ports, Southern Correctional Colony \u211651, Kotovsk and Izmail Wineries, etc.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that such meetings with the RB SPFU are regular. We thank the Department and personally Mr. Slavsky for openness and establishing cooperation with EBA member-companies. EBA\u2019s business communities hopes this positive trend will continue in the future and the state will be a reliable partner for business!<\/p>\n
