Mykhaylo joins the firm as counsel from the law firm AEQUO.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 15 years\u2019 experience, Mykhaylo is a Real Estate specialist with a particular focus on Land Use, Real Property Law and Administrative Law. He has broad experience across M&amp;A transactions, court disputes, investments, risk assessment and mitigation, involving real estate assets. Mykhaylo regularly advises investment funds and retail companies on high-value property acquisitions, conducts due diligence audits of real estate, and provides legal support to developers concerning design and construction.
