Among the top priorities for its work, she considers the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 to promote the reform of the outdated local employment legislation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 to help EBA&#8217;s member companies in developing modern legal solutions in the HR field<\/p>\n<p>Inesa has more than 15 years of experience gained in the leading law firms and international companies. Her main goal is to provide local and international companies with efficient legal solutions in the HR field for their day-to-day business operations as well as for settling the crisis issues. In addition, she is a highly welcomed speaker at business events and an author of professional publications.<\/p>\n<p><em>European Business Association (EBA) is one of the largest unions of businesses operating in Ukraine with over 1000 members on board.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Asters is the largest law firm in Ukraine with offices in Kyiv, Washington D.C., London and Brussels.
