On December 22, the EBA representatives took part in the presentation of three new e-services on the national web portal EcoSystem, initiated by the Ministry of Environment.<\/p>\n
Therefore, we would like to inform the companies that from now on they can use the following digital administrative services and functions:<\/p>\n
Filing a waste declaration<\/strong>. The service will be useful for companies that receive a permit in the field of waste management and those who must declare the amount of waste generated. Previously, when submitting an online declaration, companies had to wait for its registration for 5 days and the declaration could be denied due to errors.<\/p>\n Electronic register of conclusions on transboundary movement of waste included in the Green List<\/strong>. This conclusion is necessary for the transportation of waste across the customs border of Ukraine and confirms that the waste is safe and included in the Green List and its transportation does not contradict the Basel Convention. Instead of a paper report, companies will receive an entry in the electronic register. From it, customs officers will generate a QR-code from the register, which will contain all the necessary information. Based on it, a decision will be made whether to allow such goods across the border or not.<\/p>\n
