This <a href=\"https:\/\/aequo.ua\/en\/projects\/aequo-radnik-adama-basf-bayer\">project<\/a> is the joint initiative of the major global producers of pesticides, including BASF, Adama, Bayer, Syngenta, Arysta, FMC, Nufarm, Summit Agro Ukraine, and others.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are honoured to support the project aimed to reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment in line with the ESG agenda\u201d,<\/em> comments <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aequo.ua\/en\/lawyers\/mariya-nizhnik\">Mariya Nizhnik<\/a>, partner, head of Antitrust, Competition &amp; Trade, and Environment \u00a0at Aequo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year Aequo has been shortlisted for The Lawyer European Awards 2021 in three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Law firm of the year: Ukraine,<\/li>\n<li>European corporate team of the year,<\/li>\n<li>European competition\/antitrust team of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The winners were announced at the virtual ceremony on December 1.<\/p>\n<p>The Lawyer European Awards (TLEA) was the first initiative of its kind to reward and celebrate excellence across the European legal market.
