Asters has successfully represented interests of “Obriy” company, a member of agricultural group DMV Group, before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (the AMCU) to obtain a merger clearance for privatisation of the state-owned company “Radyvylyv grain processing plant”.<\/p>\n
The transaction valued at USD 5,5 mln is considered as one of the biggest small privatisations over the past 6 months. It includes the purchase of the elevators and other assets located at 10 land plots with a total area of 41 hectares.<\/p>\n
Antitrust practice team secured timely merger clearance, which is a crucial element of the privatisation procedures.
