Starting from November 2021 the website includes new options with enhanced contrast and larger fonts allowing users to review content in the most comfortable way.<\/p>\n<p>Adaptation of the corporate website is a logical step within Asters barrier-free and inclusion strategy. Earlier the firm established an internal Diversity &amp; Inclusion Committee and implemented a number of related initiatives, such assupport of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterslaw.com\/press_center\/news\/asters_supports_she_is_science_project_promoting_gender_equality_in_ukraine\/\">the She Is Science project<\/a> promoting gender equality and Women&#8217;s Initiative for Networking and Success (WINS) launched by Lex Mundi. Asters also became the first Ukrainian law firm that signed the UNFPA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterslaw.com\/press_center\/news\/asters_joins_unfpas_declaration_for_gender_equality_and_prevention_of_domestic_violence\/\">Declaration<\/a> for Gender Equality and Prevention of Domestic Violence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asters Senior Partner Armen Khachaturyan<\/strong> comments: <em>&#8220;We at Asters understand that as one of the leaders in the legal market, the firm must provide high-quality services and profound expertise in various sectors of law.
