As for the draft resolutions developed by the Ministry of Economy, there is currently no active work on them. During the meeting, the EBA representatives read an official letter received by the Association from the Ministry of Economy that the approval and implementation of technical regulations REACH, and CLP requires the creation of a higher-level regulatory framework, namely the adoption of the draft Law &#8220;On Chemical Safety\u201d. Business, in turn, welcomes this approach and considers it to be balanced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Among other issues highlighted by the business was the need to introduce the most simplified procedure for the registration of chemicals (for example, sulfates contained in detergents, washing agents, etc.) that have already undergone a similar procedure in the European Union. It should be noted that the technical regulations of REACH and CLP are new to Ukraine, so they should be adopted in maximum compliance with European directives and standards (including the implementation of certain restrictions and their entry into force).
