By gathering all the components in the formula, we can create a really strong brand.<\/p>\n<p>Employee loyalty is an important part of creating an employer brand. Loyalty represents employee&#8217;s relationship with customers, colleagues, management and the product. Combining all the connections, employee will feel a sense of his belonging to the company.<\/p>\n<p>The conference participants also heard trends in HR, which still include an increase in the share of remote workers or hybrid teams, adaptation of work to individual requests, focus on improving employee productivity, more attention to skills than experience, company concern for the employee, transition to project teams, humanization of business.<\/p>\n<p>\u0421orporate culture and values are extremely important!
