Among 60 best HR projects of 45 companies, the lifecell team was recognized as one of the winners in the Ukraine nomination and got two more special nominations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<div class=\"img-with-caption img-with-caption--speaker img-left animate-block animate-block--before\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_3463-scaled.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<p>The winning project was <strong>&#8220;I change, and the world changes&#8221; \u2013 our way of transforming the employees&#8217; behavioral model<\/strong>. It presented a paradigm shift in thinking and building new behavioral models, which have a direct impact on the company&#8217;s business results. The basis was the introduction of a new operating model \u2013 product structures, and the development of related new principles of team collaboration, which are reflected in the competence model and lifecell&#8217;s updated values. This project essentially became a project of transforming the company&#8217;s corporate culture.<\/p>\n<p>The authors of the project were the Agile-transformation team consisting of the employees of the Business Support Directorate, Information and Communication Technologies Directorate, and Marketing Directorate.
