On September 23, at the Verkhovna Rada, it is planned to have an extraordinary plenary session to consider a range of draft laws aimed at abolishing the current legislation on the use of RSOs and business liability for non-issuance of fiscal checks.<\/span><\/p>\n The European Business Association has consistently supported the de-shadowing of Ukraine’s economy and creating transparent, equal, and civilized conditions for doing business in Ukraine. One of the key elements of such a policy should be the introduction of the European practice of fiscalization of settlement operations, ie the use of RSOs.<\/span><\/p>\n The EBA experts were actively involved in the development and adoption of the so-called de-shadowing Laws \u2116128-IX and \u2116129-IX on software RSOs which would ensure the transparent rules of business and strengthen consumer protection.<\/span><\/p>\n “Business has repeatedly stressed that the rollback of reforms is unacceptable. After all, this will lead to the even greater strengthening of the shadow economy. And, as a consequence, the burden on transparent business will increase. And it is one thing when the rules are the same for everyone and quite another – when for some they are more advantageous. These are not the principles of a civilized country.
