In 2021, at the meeting of the Board of Directors, the corporate ESG policy was updated, that is, the corporate policy on environmental issues, social activities and management of the company. Educational projects and interaction with the community were determined as the priority areas of social investment.<\/p>\n<p>And now a new partner program for teachers &#8211; Teachers Self Upgrade &#8211; is being launched with the idea to conduct trainings for teachers in the style of a business conference to increase self-motivation. So that this competence is also passed on to schoolchildren through teachers.<\/p>\n<p>This is a joint multitasking partner project in which Arricano brought together experts in providing educational services, FMCG and fashion brands, media, authorities and non-governmental organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The European Business Association also partnered with Teachers Self Upgrade, taking into account several levers. Arricano is an active member of EBA, and EBA has already established itself as a high-quality and reliable partner of business education in Ukraine, where thousands of representatives of the business community are constantly improving their skills and self-improvement.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I am pleased that EBA immediately agreed to join the Teachers Self Upgrade social and educational initiative. The business has already developed many educational practices for self-improvement and development of important competencies. And European Business \u00a0Association has a unique expertise in these developments. In this project for teachers, our goal is to transfer key educational principles from business to the educational sphere. We conducted a survey among teachers to find out what kind of request there is for training and workshops in education. And together with our partners, we have prepared a corresponding program that includes effective life hacks in online learning, digital technologies, and human capital,&#8221;<\/em> says <strong>Olena Obukhivska, Arricano Communications Director<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The idea of Teachers Self Upgrade was joined by Desnianska district State Administration, &#8220;Osvitoria&#8221;, EBA, &#8220;Wikend u Kyievi&#8221;, &#8220;Tyzhden&#8221;, &#8220;Kyiv&#8221; TV channel, Multiplex, Ad.A.Agency, VOVK, Colin&#8217;s, Prospekt shopping mall, May Ukraine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, September 25, at 9:00, the project starts in Prospekt shopping mall, in one of the cinema halls of Multiplex. During the day, teachers will be able to listen to interesting and useful trainings from leading speakers on a given topic.
