The \u201cex\u201d mark means that the investigation is undertaken with respect of goods described in the decision.<\/p>\n<p>The precedence of this investigation lies in the fact that the claimant is a newly founded producer suffering material damage from the dumped imports, which obstruct the establishment and expansion of the production of similar goods.<\/p>\n<p>The anti-dumping investigation may result in the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on imports of aluminum ladders from the PRC, Slovakia, Poland and Belarus aimed at establishing fair competition and protecting the Ukrainian producer from the dumped imports. The anti-dumping investigation may take 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>Virastar Industries LLC is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of high-rise equipment. The company has been founded in 2007 in Kyiv and has its offices in Belarus, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The team of International Trade
