This project is a free of charge platform for Ukrainian legal practitioners sharing experience and best practices to secure legal support and protection of business.<\/p>\n<p>The School&#8217;s agenda includes modules on the most pressing Ukrainian legal issues in business, such us the legislative regulation of remote work (the lecture will be delivered by <strong>Kateryna Marchenko, <\/strong>Deputy Legal Manager UA&amp;MD, FE at Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited, and <strong>Inesa Letych<\/strong>, Counsel at Asters), as well as working with distributors (lecturer:\u00a0<strong>Olena Limakova<\/strong>, Head of Legal Sandoz Ukraine and Eurasia sub-cluster).\u00a0Also within the Legal School&#8217;s program, Asters Partner <strong>Julia Semeniy<\/strong> will analyze the protection of intellectual property rights in the context of reforms, Asters Partner <strong>Oleksandr Vozniuk <\/strong>will hold a lecture on down raids of the AMC, and Asters Partner <strong>Sergiy Grebenyuk<\/strong> and Counsel <strong>Orest Stasiuk<\/strong>\u00a0will talk about law enforcement and business security.
