Prague \/ Kyiv, September 1, 2021<\/strong> \u2013 Global law firm Dentons advised Ciklum, a global product engineering and digital services company, on its acquisition of CN Group, a Czech-based software development firm, from Genesis Capital, one of the leading private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The parties have agreed not to disclose the deal value.<\/p>\n CN Group is a leader in nearshore agile software development with professional engineering teams in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, and five nearshore delivery locations in central Europe.
