At the same time, some of them need to be finalized, so we call for joint work on these legislative initiatives and taking into account the business opinions.<\/span><\/p>\n For further deployment of\u00a0<\/span>infrastructure<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0reforms, business calls for the adoption of the following draft laws, which need the attention of MPs, as they will launch important changes in the field of rail and river transport:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21161196-1 on railway transport<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21164168 on the establishment of the State Fund of Inland Waterways<\/span><\/p>\n For further development of the\u00a0<\/span>healthcare sector<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0and progress in the implementation of medical reform, the EBA experts expect the adoption of the following draft laws from those registered in the Parliament:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Laws \u21165736, \u21165737 on regulating the provision of sympathetic medicines to patients<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21165815 on improving liability for violations in the field of clinical trials and state registration \/ re-registration of medicines<\/span><\/p>\n Among the priority initiatives of the\u00a0<\/span>food industry<\/span><\/strong>, we would like to draw attention to draft laws regulating various requirements for food products:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21164568 on materials and objects in contact with food<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21164554 on harmonization of Ukrainian legislation on baby food with EU requirements<\/span><\/p>\n Priority for the\u00a0<\/span>IT<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>industry<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0is a document that proposes special tax conditions for IT companies that will get residency in Diia.City, namely draft law \u21165376 on stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n All of the draft laws below are of priority for the\u00a0<\/span>HR<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0area. The EBA is ready to support them after a proper revision, as the draft laws regulate important issues of labor relations, but have certain shortcomings:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21165371 on simplification of labor relations in the field of small and medium business<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21165388 on amendments to the legislation on deregulation of labor relations<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Draft Law \u21165054 on amendments to the Labor Code to define the concept of labor relations and defining features<\/span><\/p>\n The important draft law for the\u00a0<\/span>regulatory<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0sphere is \u21165717 on Amendments to the Liability of Legal Entities, which aims to enshrine the possibility of introducing current international standards of liability of legal entities that own vehicles for offenses in the field of road safety.<\/span><\/p>\n Experts in\u00a0<\/span>consumer electronics<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0call on MPs to adopt draft law \u21164537 on improving the management of property rights of copyright holders in the field of copyright.<\/span><\/p>\n The largest list of priority draft laws among the industries represented in the EBA is of\u00a0<\/span>industrial ecology<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0concerns. These documents are expected to stimulate the development and modernization of extractive industries:<\/span><\/p>\n
