In fact, Ukraine is now in a transitional stage, when the current waste legislation is outdated, and the new draft law is still being prepared for a second reading. Meanwhile, the business independently implements numerous projects for separate collection, sorting, and safe disposal of waste, as well as uses secondary raw materials instead of exhaustible natural resources. That is why the European Business Association calls for a comprehensive approach to solving problems in waste management, because, unfortunately, so far, the business does not have total trust in the authorities, and therefore is wary of strengthening the powers so that it does not turn into abuse.\n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\nThus, according to EBA member companies, in recent years the number of unfounded allegations from individuals and NGOs about violations of environmental legislation by some companies has increased. However, most of these allegations do not contain the facts and circumstances of the violation at all and are based solely on the applicants’ assumptions. All this leads to an excessive administrative burden on business due to the increase in the number of unscheduled environmental inspections, as well as a significant overload of law enforcement agencies due to the need to consider and respond to all these applications.<\/p>\n
Therefore, it would also be appropriate to include in draft Law \u21163091 on state control a list of clear requirements for such statements and their proper reasoning.<\/p>\n
