How to avoid becoming the subject of unnecessary prosecution? &#8211; was the topic of the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys-at-law, advisers to the <strong>Arzinger<\/strong>\u2019s Criminal Law and Business Practice &#8211; <strong>Oleksiy Zadoenko and Oleksandr Maksymenko<\/strong> stated the reasons of the procedural pressure on companies and listed the most common mistakes made by them in their commercial activity.<\/p>\n<p>The main risks for business during criminal proceedings were considered, as well as how they can be minimized.<\/p>\n<p>Particular attention was paid to methods of protecting companies from pressure of law enforcement agencies.
