What should be business prepared for during the State Labour Service inspection? This was discussed at the meeting of EBA Dnipro Expert Voice: “State Labour Service of Ukraine Inspections: compliance with labour legislation and labour protection”<\/strong> with Crowe Mikhailenko<\/strong> experts Lyudmila Zvereva<\/strong> and Anna Urusova.<\/strong><\/p>\n Thus, on June 24, 2021, the National Action Plan was formed, which brought together state bodies, such as the State Labour Service of Ukraine and the State Tax Service of Ukraine, to detect offenses quickly. As early as July 1, employers’ inspections of employment relationship declaration began.<\/p>\n These measures include two stages:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1) information campaign;<\/p>\n 2) inspection campaign among employers.<\/p>\n If during the inspection it is recognized that there was no retraining of dealings with contractors into employment relationship, there\u2019ll be a fine of 10 minimum wages for each contractor as the consequence of such a violation.<\/p>\n The speakers also advised to pay special attention to the adequate paperwork, such as:<\/strong><\/p>\n Timely use of the organization’s audit tools, verification of the correct wording in contracts and acts, clear instruction of contractors on their status will help to avoid risks during the inspection.<\/p>\n In turn, we thank our speakers for a meaningful and interesting meeting, during which representatives of the business community were able to deepen their knowledge and get useful advices on preparing for the relevant inspections.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" What should be business prepared for during the State Labour Service inspection?
