The court\u2019s award was enforced and the debt was recovered in favor of the Ilyashev &amp; Partners\u2019 client in full.<\/p>\n<p>At all stages of court proceedings, the interests of Munich Reinsurance Company were represented by the team of Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm supervised by Managing Partner <strong>Mikhail Ilyashev<\/strong>. The project was handled by Ilyashev &amp; Partners\u2019 Counsel <strong>Andrii Konoplia<\/strong> and Attorney at Law <strong>Oleksandr Denysenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Munich Reinsurance Company (Munich Re Group) was established back in 1880. It provides reinsurance cover for life, health, casualty, transport, aviation, space, fire and engineering business.
