On May 20, the Verkhovna Rada approved Oleksiy Lyubchenko as First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy. First<\/strong> is developing and presenting a Strategy for overcoming the negative effects on the economy of quarantine restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic COVID-19.<\/p>\n Secondly<\/strong>, in the context of the customs sphere, it is necessary to simplify trade procedures when crossing the border in trade transactions with EU companies and abolish import duties on personal belongings of individuals who change their place of residence from a third country to one from the Community ( which implies the implementation of Council Regulation (EU) \u21161186 \/ 2009), etc.<\/p>\n Third<\/strong>, in the tax area – updating the Procedure for calculating the average wage and the adoption of the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, analyzing economic consequences of reducing the payroll burden to demonstrate the results to the Ministry of Finance and explain the importance of this decision. In addition, it is important to conduct research and publish the results on the redistribution of the tax burden on the main objects of taxation and sectors of the economy to determine which areas of business have the greatest fiscal pressure and find ways to reduce them, and so on.<\/p>\n Fourth<\/strong> is simplifying the process of obtaining licenses and permits, namely, the procedure for obtaining licenses for import\/export of goods containing greenhouse gases by exclusion foreign economic contracts and all annexes from the list of documents required to obtain a license, etc.<\/p>\n Fifth<\/strong> is creating civilized rules of online trade, in particular, by the introduction of the liability for violations of the law in terms of failure to provide mandatory information necessary to identify the online store as a business entity, and so on.<\/p>\n Sixth<\/strong> is adapting Ukrainian legislation and requirements to EU norms – to facilitate the signing of the Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptability of Industrial Products with the EU (ACAA – industrial visa-free travel), to promote the recognition of equivalent feed additive registration system, etc.<\/p>\n Seventh<\/strong> is developing ways to support Ukrainian exporters in international markets. For example, by introducing a national report on the level of greenhouse gas emissions during the production and circulation of crops (in particular, corn and rapeseed) for further processing into biofuels in EU countries; expanding cooperation with China – opening of the market for agricultural products exported from Ukraine to China, etc.<\/p>\n
