More than 400 pharmacies of the network in question that are located in 100 Ukrainian cities have been using this trade mark on their signboards, in advertisements and on several web-sites on the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>The project was elaborated by Attorney at Law <strong>Dmytro Nikulesko<\/strong> and Lawyer <strong>Olena Sereda<\/strong>. Legal services were provided by the firm to the Ukrainian Red Cross Society pro bono.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0May we remind that previously Ilyashev &amp; Partners Law Firm <a href=\"https:\/\/attorneys.ua\/en\/our-news\/ilyashev-partners-put-an-end-to-the-illegal-use-of-the-red-cross-emblem-by-one-of-ukraines-large-medical-center-networks\/\">put an end<\/a> to the illegal use of the Red Cross Emblem by one of Ukraine\u2019s large medical center networks.<\/p>\n<p>The Ukrainian Red Cross Society has a special humanitarian mandate, humanitarian initiative as a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and operates under the Law of Ukraine On Ukrainian Red Cross Society and the Law of Ukraine On the Symbols of the Red Cross, the Red Crescent and the Red Crystal in Ukraine.
