The stake was purchased by Unagro Finance Limited (Cyprus), which previously owned 50.01% of the company.<\/p>\n<p>The Corporate practice team of Ilyashev &amp; Partners, led by Partner <strong>Yevgen Solovyov<\/strong>, advised to Lu Invest through the negotiations and supported preparation of documents for the deal that was executed in Ukraine and subordinated to laws of the State of New York, the USA, whereby Latvian Swedbank was engaged as an escrow agent for settlement purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The project was implemented in collaboration with PwC Legal Latvia.<\/p>\n<p>Golden Sunrise Agro holding company was established in 2006. The company is founder of such agrarian companies as Latagroinvest, Orilkalarinvest, Ukrlatagro, Agrolatinvest and Agrotop, as well as of elevators Vlasivskiy Miroshnyk and Sorochanskiy Miroshnyk.
