To obtain necessary passes, the companies should follow the steps listed below:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Send a letter of application<\/strong> to the Director of the\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/kyivcity.gov.ua\/kyiv_ta_miska_vlada\/struktura_150\/vikonavchiy_organ_kivsko_misko_radi_kivska_miska_derzhavna_administratsiya\/departamenti_ta_upravlinnya\/departament_transportnoi_infrastruktury\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Department of Transport Infrastructure of the Kyiv City State Administration<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0(6 Leontovycha St., conference hall, 2nd floor; phone: 044-366-63-36; email:\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"mailto:dti@kmda.gov.ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">dti@kmda.gov.ua<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">) with the following information :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">name of the company;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">justification for the need to obtain special passes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">justification for the requested number of special passes with the indication of the regular size of the company\u2019s staff;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">company details with the indication of its location &#8211; address and district of Kyiv;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">contact person for the obtainment of special passes, his\/her phone number.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Based on the results of the application review, the relevant department of the<strong> Kyiv City State Administration will inform the company&#8217;s contact person<\/strong> about the time and place of receiving special passes (the fixed terms for the application review are not provided according to the Kyiv City State Administration representatives).
