The desk unites Asters lawyers offering legal advice in Scandinavian languages, adapted to Nordic business culture, and with an understanding of the Nordic jurisdictions&#8217; legal systems.<\/p>\n<p>Asters&#8217; Nordic Desk is led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterslaw.com\/our_team\/damien_magrou\/\"><strong>Damien Magrou<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>who is Norwegian and received his qualification from the University of Bergen. Damien focuses on cross-border M&amp;A, international contracts and transactions. He also advises on matters of EU law as applicable in a Ukrainian context, as well as assisting Nordic private individuals with legal matters in Ukraine.
