Thus, the Supreme Court confirmed the obligation of PJSC \u201cUkrainian Railways\u201d to return the loan to the bank, which was received by SE \u201cDonetsk Railway\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>PJSC \u201cUkrainian Railways\u201d, which merged all the assets of the railway companies after the reorganization in 2015, denied succession to the obligations and refused to repay the loan debts.<\/p>\n<p>LCF lawyers were proving the existence of state-owned liabilities in the courts since 2016, and have played a significant role in shaping case law on this issue.
