It can be features, values, or skills.\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a\">In my opinion, leadership qualities are very important for the owner. In business, leadership is about a big goal and what can inspire a team to achieve this goal. And for the director, apart from the leadership, you need to have good managerial qualities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tDid you have mentors, and do you actually need them in business? Would you like to become a mentor for someone?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a\">When I started my way into business, which was quite a long time ago &#8211; immediately after the collapse of the Soviet Union &#8211; I had no mentor. There were no business schools back then. So now I try to help young businessmen, especially women, and I take on the role of a mentor with pleasure when I&#8217;m invited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tWhat advice would you give to those who are just starting their career or their own business?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a\">Business is a very difficult thing, especially in our country. It is a difficult but exciting game, and not everyone can withstand all the pressure and responsibilities that business management puts on us. But if you feel the strength, if you have an idea, have a team &#8211; why not give it a try? So that you will not blame yourself for the lost opportunities for the rest of your life. Play and win, enjoy the game, but be prepared for hard work and possible difficulties and failures. But despite all, believe in yourself &#8211; without this, there never comes success.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Arpyne-Sargsyan.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Arpine Sargsyan<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">Director of MIM, new industry technologies <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tWhat is your personal secret of success?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>I have never thought about it before, but now, when you asked, I can confidently say that the basis of my success was the creation of a strong family. And then everything depended on how persistent I went to my goal, how much effort I put in, and how purposeful I was. All of that requires the efforts that have been made at all stages of success. And the stages never end because the goals constantly grow further.<\/p>\n<p>True success begins with the right mood, so you need to tune in to positivity and attract success!!!<\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tHow to achieve your goals? Is it possible to change them in the process?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>First, to achieve the goal, you need to clearly visualize this goal and step by step go to it with the help of daily consistent work and most importantly &#8211; BELIEVE in it!<\/p>\n<p>It is impossible to unambiguously answer the question: &#8220;Can I change my goals?&#8221;. I consider that it is individual, and in the process, you need to change not the goal itself but the ways to achieve this goal, or you may try to correct it!<\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tDoing business: is it easier for men or women? What do you think?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>In our society, a woman has a certain position, but of course, it is commonly accepted that it is easier for a man than a woman to do business, and it is no secret to anyone! However, this does not mean that it is difficult for a woman in business&#8230; there are also pros. For example, there is no rivalry as it is between men, so communication is even easier to some extent. I can advise all women in any activity to believe in themselves. And in no case look for the difference in professional affairs between men and women. The most important thing is not to be afraid to act!!!<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Natalyya-Kovalenko.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Natalia Kovalenko<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"position\">General Director of Ledum LLC, supplier of medical and laboratory equipment<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tWhat motivated or inspired you to create this direction of the business? \n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>By chance, I learned that there are no donor blood containers in Ukraine, and I was very concerned about this issue. It was back then when we managed to find and buy containers at the Kurgan plant &#8220;Sintez.&#8221; This was the impetus for the development of the company, which is currently engaged in the supply of equipment and consumables for the Blood Service of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tIs there a rule in your life that you strictly adhere to? \n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>I have one golden rule \u2013 always to fulfill my duties.<\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tWhat were the biggest challenge and biggest recognition in your professional career? \n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Surprisingly, the greatest challenge and, at the same time, the greatest recognition for me was the achievement of justice. Namely, we are talking about litigation with the authorities of Ukraine as in the end we defended and continue to defend the effectiveness of the Legislation of Ukraine, despite all the difficulties and obstacles on the way.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"blockquote-custom-big animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\n\t\t<div class=\"quote-header\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img src=\"https:\/\/eba.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Vyktoryya-CHernysh.jpg\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"name\">Victoria Chernysh<\/span>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"blockquote-custom\">\n\t\t\t\t \n\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tThe path to success is not possible without defeats. How to quickly recover after losing and set yourself up for further victories? \u202f\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>You should admit your defeat and honestly say it to yourself, and do not take drastic action under the influence of emotions, so as not to mess things up. After all, any defeat is a new experience. Positive thinking always adjusts to moving forward, helps to decide on a new start, set a new goal, motivate yourself for success and come to it.<\/p>\n\t<blockquote class=\"animate-block animate-block--before animate-block--to-right\">\n\t\tWho is the role model for you: in business and in life?\n\t<\/blockquote>\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0e101a\">Nowadays we have many personalities that can be identified as an example for yourself: successful businessmen, authors of modern interesting books \u2013 you take a little from all of them. Sometimes a few tips from the book you read can turn your outlook and make your move in a different direction. The people around us who inspire us are also extremely important. My business partner, Dmytro Pogrebov, is an example for me. We&#8217;ve been together for over twenty years, and I&#8217;m not tired of learning from him.
