Thus, the areas of cooperation will relate to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1) Reforms of environmental finance, namely holding hearings on the environmental tax;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) Reforms of state environmental control, including the need to send the draft law \u21163091 for revision;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) Development of a legal framework for launching a market for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading.
