Denys Shkarovsky investigated the activity of the former owners of the giant agricultural holding on the revealed facts of fraud and misappropriation of funds of foreign investors in the amount of 400 million USD; activity of the financial director of an international real estate company on the facts of \u00a0theft and falsification of financial documents with subsequent criminal prosecution.<\/p>\n
Special attention should be paid to the latest projects in White-Collar Crime practice, in particular, protection of the Former First Deputy Minister of Justice on suspicion of embezzlement of funds; protection of the heads of a construction company on suspicion of misappropriation of funds of the National Guard of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
