Manager of the European Business Association <strong>Dmytro Lurye<\/strong>, Head of HCC Registration Subcommittee of EBA <strong>Angela Kupych,<\/strong> and Executive Director of HCC Clinical Trials Subcommittee of EBA <strong>Irina Magdik<\/strong> conducted a meeting with the Acting Director of the State Enterprise &#8220;State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine&#8221; <strong>Mykhailo Babenko<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> Deputy Director on Registration issues of State Expert Centre of MOH of Ukraine <strong>Konstantin Kuzmenko<\/strong>, Deputy Director on Clinical research of State Expert Centre of MOH of Ukraine <strong>Ludmila Kovtun<\/strong> and SEC specialists.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was devoted to the discussion of the following issues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>improvement of interaction between SEC experts and applicants during online consultations;<\/li>\n<li>work continuation on electronic document management project of eCTD \u00a0format;<\/li>\n<li>optimization of terms for documents\u2019 approval and for invoices\u2019 issuance for the expert services;<\/li>\n<li>settlement of problematic issues and assistance in improving the legislation on clinical trials;<\/li>\n<li>improvement of the procedure for documents\u2019 preparation before approval of the MOH Order (\u201cproofreading\u201d procedure) and other
